NOTICE OF COMMISSIONER'S SALE BY AUCTION COURT ACTION: Association of Owners of Orchid Manor, by its Board of Directors v. Ruby C. Gumanyao, et al; Civil No. 19-1-0079, Third Circuit Court, State of Hawaii PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: TMK (3)-2-1-006-018 CPR 0040, Apartment #207 of Orchid Manor, located on that certain parcel of land (being all of the land described in and covered by L.P. The down payment may be subject to forfeiture if the successful bidder fails to pay the remaining balance of the bid, fails to complete the transaction in a timely manner, or as otherwise ordered by the Court.
