NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE ACTION: Case No. 13-00353, In re 1250 OCEANSIDE PARTNERS, a Hawaii limited partnership, et al.; and Adversary Proceeding No. 13-90054, 1250 OCEANSIDE, LLC vs. ROGER ARNOLD BUCKLES, et al.; United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Hawaii PROPERTY: Tax Map Key (3) 8-1-028-014 (Fee Simple); 81-494 Piialii Way, Kealakekua, Hawaii; Lot 87 of the "Hokuli'a, Phase 1", File Plan No. 2263, being a parcel of vacant land of approx. 1.796 acres.
