NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE By order of the Third Circuit Court, Civil No. 16-1-0089, the following property will be sold at public auction. PROPERTY: This fee simple property, including a 1,200-square foot three-bedroom single family residence located on approximately 8,970 square feet, more or less, being all of that certain parcel of land (being portion(s) of the land(s) described in and covered by Land Patent Grant Number 10,895 to Sumiko Kajiwara), situate, lying and being at Awake, District of South Hilo, Island and County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, being Lot 26 of the "Kweilin Tract", same being a portion of Lot 11, in Block 701 of the "Waiakea Homesteads."
