NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE COURT ACTION: Pursuant to the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion For Default Judgment Against Defendants Felicitas Q. Guray, Thoa Van Mai, and Maria V. Guray and Summary Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure Against All Defendants on Complaint filed February 24, 2014; Exhibit A, filed herein on March 29, 2019; US Bank National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-AB1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AB1 v.
