NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Pursuant to the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment and Summary Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure Against All Defendants on Complaint Filed November 7, 2016; Exhibit A, filed April 13, 2017 in U.S. Bank National Association, as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to Lasalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for the C-Bass Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-CB5 v. Maria Elsa Ilar Ancheta, et al., Civil No. 16-1-0379 (Foreclosure), Third Circuit Court (Hilo), State of Hawaii, the undersigned Commissioner will sell the following described parcel of real property at public auction at the date, time and place set forth below. Property Description: 3 bedroom/2 bath residence on a 3,554 square foot lot situate at 161 Hoku Street in the Villa Franca Lots in Hilo, designated as Tax Map Key (3) 2-2- 018:010. Terms & Method of Sale: Parcel and improvements thereon will be sold "AS IS", without any warranty of title or any other warranty, to the highest bidder at public auction with NO UPSET PRICE.
