NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Pursuant to the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law; Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment and for Interlocutory Decree of Foreclosure Filed March 28, 2017, filed on July 21, 2017, in CIT Bank, N.A., v. Estate of Ruth Irene Miller, et al., Civil No. 15-1-0428, Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawaii, the undersigned Commissioner will sell the following described property at public foreclosure sale at the date and time set forth below: PROPERTY: All of that certain parcel of land situate at Keaau, District of Puna, Island and County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, being Lot 469, Block 8, as shown on Map 60 with Land Court Application No. 1053 (Amended), containing an area of 1.000 acre, more or less, together with an undivided interest in certain other lots, to be used in common with others entitled thereto, for roadway and utility purposes only.
