NOTICE OF POSTPONED FORECLOSURE SALE Pursuant to Findings of Fact; Conclusions of Law; Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment and for Interlocutory Decree of Foreclosure Against all Parties Filed January 5, 2017, filed on May 23, 2017 in Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company vs. Keith Wesley Jackson, et al., Civil No. 13-1-0103, Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawaii, the undersigned Commissioner will sell the following described property at public foreclosure sale on the date and at the time set forth below. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: House and lot situate at Keaau, Puna, Hawaii, being Lot 414, area 1.00 acre, more or less, Block 3, as shown on Map 57, filed in the Office of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of the State of Hawaii with Land Court Application No. 1053 (amended) ofW.H. Shipman, Limited, and further identified as TMK:(3)1-5-034-032, address 15-1593 27th Avenue, HPP, Keaau, Hawaii 96749. The house is double wall, wood framed construction, post and pier foundation, single story, with a corrugated iron roof. The house contains seven rooms, including five bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms. The area under roof is 1,876 square feet. The house was constructed in 1996. TERMS OF SALE: The property will be sold "as is" at public auction with no upset price, and with ten percent of the highest bid payable at the close of the auction in cash, money order, cashier's check or certified check; balance is payable upon approval and confirmation of the sale; purchaser shall pay all costs of escrow, conveyancing, recordation, conveyance tax and all escrow and closing costs, and shall be responsible for securing possession.
