Third Circuit Court Notice and Notice to Creditors P. No. 17-1-0234 Estate of James Joseph Rizzuto, also known as James J. Rizzuto, James Rizzuto and Jim Rizzuto, Deceased, and the Revocable Trust of James J. Rizzuto dated September 25, 1991, as amended Filed, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named Decedent who died on July 2, 2017, together with an Application by James Anthony Rizzuto, whose address is 824 Marshall St., Missoula, MT 59801 and Rahna Reiko Rizzuto, whose address is 220 Adelphi St., Brooklyn, NY 11205, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters to said James Anthony Rizzuto and Rahna Reiko Rizzuto. If any interested person has objections to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the Estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the Estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS 560:3-204. All creditors of the above-named Estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real Estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred. Further, all creditors of the trust established by the Decedent under a trust agreement dated September 25, 1991, as amended, and known as the Revocable Trust of James J. Rizzuto, are hereby notified that Applicants are the Successor Co-Trustees of the Trust, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Co-Trustees, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
